the reception staff was unwelcoming. but the internet connection was super fast, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast reminded me of home cooking.

The rooms are a nice size and bright with comfy beds and smoke detectors. A bathroom is equipped with a bidet.

the twin/double room is compact and new-fashioned. this hotel offers unbeatable location near ayala center and other restaurants and other restaurants.

The bathrooms are cold.

I loved the cleanliness of the Standard Double or Twin Room. It felt fresh and cute. Air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortable during the warm Cebu weather. The room came with great amenities like a tv and tea/coffee facilities. I really appreciated the mini-bar and the extra sitting area. Staff consistently provided help when needed. The breakfast space got crowded during peak hours and felt a bit cramped. While the breakfast buffet had a nice variety, some dishes didn't appeal to my palate and could use more Western options to cater to different tastes.

the staff where helpful and attentive and took care of me. the location of the hotel was good and ideal, very close to ayala mall. moreover, it's close enough to ayala center and other restaurants, public transport and the philippines.

The beds were best, I slept well. It was an incredibly comfortable location close enough to the Ayala center, Ayala mall and other restaurants. Also, Kukuk's Nest was in walking distance.

The restaurant offers a good breakfast experience with freshly baked bread and delicious local dishes. Plus, the nearby Suzukaze Japanese Restaurant is just a hop away for an amazing sushi fix!

Drainage issues in the shower area!!! Stained walls and dirty fixtures undermining cleanliness standards!!! Poor air conditioning performance and unsatisfactory room size diminishing comfort!!!

Breakfast buffet was a good surprise each morning.

Oh my gosh, the beds were super comfy, and, like, the staff was so friendly! Wi-Fi was fast for streaming and video calls, like totally on point. The restaurant, for real, had good meals. Plus, being so close to the mall made it super convenient for us! The room even had a sweet little kitchen!

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a variety of tasty local dishes that kept me looking forward to mornings. The staff consistently were really nice, especially when they promptly delivered the missing shower floor mat. I appreciated the quick resolution when I realized I had left my watch behind. They returned it to me with great efficiency. The view from my room offered a lovely cityscape.

The Double or Twin Room was super clean, and I loved the comfy bed! Wi-Fi was lightning fast for all my streaming needs. Breakfast was great with a local buffet that hit the spot, but some dishes were a bit odd. The room felt cozy, and the air conditioning was quiet.
